The building was fully renovated in 2026 with long-term tenants in mind: durable materials, proper kitchens with induction stoves and ovens, washer-dryers in every unit, and electronic locks throughout. If something needs fixing, you message the owner directly.

No. We accept tenants on tourist visas, business visas, and work permits. We do not handle visa services.
1 month deposit + 1 month rent = 2 months total at signing. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease, minus any damages. No agent fees.

Yes. We accept USD (cash) or VND (bank transfer). VND amount is based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
